1) Company Background
Resolution Research & Marketing, Inc® was founded in Denver, Colorado in 1990
and is one of the country's leading full service market research firms. In
addition to our growing research panel, we conduct numerous types of market
research studies, including online surveys, telephone surveys, focus groups,
in-home product tests, taste tests, clinical trials, mock juries, bulletin
boards and more. Client industries include healthcare & medical organizations,
tech companies, utilities, major colleges & universities, retail organizations,
service businesses and government institutions. Visit our corporate site to
learn more about our complete offerings:

contact us at info@re-search.com or
800-800-0905.
You can be assured that your privacy and the confidentiality of your information
is our number one priority. The data that Resolution Research collects in
research studies is reported in aggregate (summary form) -- that is, we provide
information about group responses, not individuals. In fact, in most instances,
your personal contact information is withheld from any reporting mechanism
provided to clients. All individual information provided is held strictly
confidential.
Resolution Research is and has been a member in good standing of the
Better Business Bureau and was a Winner of a Gold Star Certificate from BBB
Denver/Boulder, 2008 - for having no complaints in a three-year period.
2) Information Collected on Panel.ResolutionResearch.com
Resolution Research gathers personal information when individuals register
online to become a panel member in order to provide invitations to appropriate
studies that match a panelist's profile. Personal information may include your
name, address, gender, birth date and employment status. (We ask for your birth
date to facilitate the automatic update of your age for studies with age-related
requirements.) As an example of why personal information is necessary: if we
need to interview moms with children under two years of age who live in Las
Vegas, we wouldn't want to contact you for participation if you are a male
living in Boise.
Most often, we email survey and/or focus group invitations. Email communications
are fast, help promote "green" citizenship and help us save money, which allows
more rewards to be passed on to you. If you prefer to be contacted by phone only, please send us an email to
panel@re-search.com and we will add you to telephone only database. If
you have joined and provided your email address but prefer to be contacted by
phone only, please email us at panel@re-search.com so we can update your record.
All email contact from Resolution Research is delivered to the primary email
address you've provided at registration. Additionally, your information is also
used for the purpose of incentive fulfillment.
If you elect not to join our panel but provide personal information for a study,
we preserve your email address to a) notify you of an incentive award, and/or b)
to limit the number of times which you are eligible to take a survey. In
addition, other personally identifiable information may be maintained as
required by virtue of any law or regulation.
Children's Privacy. Children are only allowed to participate in studies with the
full written consent of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s). If we have a
survey targeted to children we will send the invite to the parents/guardian
